Every year, Citizens Advice Isle of Wight supports thousands of people facing difficult or unexpected situations.
From money worries and housing problems to employment issues and family challenges; our advice helps people understand their rights, make informed choices, and feel more in control.
We help thousands of Islanders residents each year with free, confidential advice.
More than 50 volunteers and staff deliver advice and outreach across the Island.
We work closely with local partners, including Isle Help, Footprint Trust, and Isle of Wight Council, to connect people with the right support at the right time.
Our work goes beyond individual advice.
We use what we learn from the people we help to influence change locally and nationally, raising issues that affect our community, highlighting unfair practices and helping shape better policies for everyone.
Every conversation, every piece of advice, and every positive outcome is made possible by the community around us.
You can support Citizens Advice Isle of Wight by donating, volunteering, or simply visiting Eleven Coffeehouse: helping us continue to be here for everyone, every day.
Share your feedback to help us improve our advice and better support people across the Isle of Wight. It only takes a moment.
