Volunteers are at the heart of Citizens Advice Isle of Wight.
By giving your time, you’ll help local people find the information and support they need: whether that’s understanding their rights, managing money, or finding a place to live.
Make an impact – help people across the Island find a way forward.
Learn new skills – gain valuable experience in advice, teamwork and communication.
Meet new people – join a friendly, supportive team who care about the community.
Build confidence – use your skills to make a real difference in someone’s life.
We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and provide full training for every role.
There are lots of ways to volunteer, including:
Giving advice to clients by phone, email or in person
Helping with research and campaigns
Supporting our admin, digital or communications work
Assisting at community events or Eleven Coffeehouse
No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to listen, learn, and help others.
If you’re interested in volunteering with Citizens Advice Isle of Wight, we’d love to hear from you.
Please email enquiries@iwcab.org.uk with a short introduction and your contact details.
We’ll get back to you with more information about current opportunities and training.
Share your feedback to help us improve our advice and better support people across the Isle of Wight. It only takes a moment.
