Congratulations to Beth as she completes her Advice First Aider training! Beth joined us in September under the Government’s Kickstart scheme, applying to become a Telephone Assessor. Passing the Advice First Aid training is the first stage, and Beth has sailed through the modules and workshops. Beth has also almost completed all of her Telephone Assessor training, and is now regularly talking to clients on the Citizen Advice Freephone 0800 144 8848.

 

Beth has another 3 months working with us under the Kickstart Scheme. As she had previous customer service experience, her application as our next Front Desk Adviser Apprentice was successful and she will start her training with us in March 2022. Beth is loving her new job. She told us “I love helping people, and I have already achieved a lot through the opportunities given to me by Citizens Advice. I am really looking forward to starting my Apprenticeship and becoming a full-time Adviser”.
