8.2We will usually cancel an account if it remains unused for a continuous period of 18 months. 

8.3You may cancel your account on our website using your account control panel on the website.

(p)constitute spam; 

(q)be offensive, deceptive, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, anti-social, menacing, hateful, discriminatory or inflammatory; or 

(r)cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to any person. 

11.Limited warranties 

11.1We do not warrant or represent: 

(a)the completeness or accuracy of the information published on our website;
